Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened: The product must remain in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
  • Unused: The product must not show any signs of use or wear.

If your return meets these criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Falconadvancedproducts@gmail.com or call (810) 895-2012 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
